Key Features and Components
- Indicator Position indicator with Namur mounting for accessory attachment, standard on all VESON pneumatic actuators.
- Pinion Hardened alloy steel pinion precision ground and Nickel plated (over 15μm) for reduced friction and maximum wear resistance. Complies with ISO5211 & DIN3337 standards. Custom dimensions available with stainless steel and aluminum alloy options.
- Actuator Body Hard anodized aluminum extrusion (over 30μm) for wear and corrosion protection with minimized piston friction. Optional Epoxy Coated and PTFE Coated treatments available.
- End Cap Epoxy coated (over 80μm) die casting aluminum end caps for maximum corrosion resistance. PTFE Coated treatment available as an option.
- Piston Precisely balanced, hard anodized (over 30μm) die casting aluminum piston with high-quality guides. Twin rack and pinion design ensures constant torque output.
- Travel Adjustment Standard ±5° adjustment in both open and closed positions via easily accessible external adjustment bolts.
- High Performance Springs Epoxy coated high tensile steel springs for corrosion resistance and extended service life. Pre-loaded design allows safe, rapid disassembly.
- Bearings & Guides Highly durable compound material provides high thrust stability with minimal friction for long operational life.
